1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
1.3. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at info@cabinet.lk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
1.4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] days.

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@cabinet.lk to request an exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and downloadable software products.
6. Sale Items
6.1. Sale items are eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
7. Shipping
7.1. To return your product, mail it to 61/1 Nikape Road, Nedimala, Dehiwala, CO 10350. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
